A team headed for success! KRUPACK® shares its expertise.

A specialist in water-heating technology in the Montreal area commissioned KRUPACK®to produce efficient, easy-to-use packaging to protect its products during handling and shipping to customers in the plumbing industry. True to its word, KRUPACK®, together with its partner, designed a product that is efficient in every respect and, needless to say, is also recyclable.

After obtaining a large contract, our customer in the baking industry called on KRUPACK® to facilitate a project for an extremely daring robotized packaging system with a high-performance traymaker. Thanks to its technical properties, our board had a positive impact on equipment efficiency, including both tray assembly and palletizing. Welcome to the 21st century.

In the era of market globalization, a company in the agroprocessing industry was in full throttle. The only thing missing was redesigned packaging to improve efficiency. For this important meat packer, selecting automated sheet assembly equipment proved to be a major asset, giving them better control over packaging resistance and uniformity. A technical team that is highly conversant with current requirements and takes care of everything down to the smallest detail can help you stay on the cutting edge and remain competitive.

Following a new market launch and non-stop growth in demand, it became increasingly difficult, if not impossible, to assemble tomato flats by hand. Thanks to our technical department and its experience with assembly equipment, KRUPACK® outstripped the competition by developing packaging based on European concepts, and by proposing a totally different way of doing things. All their hard work led to centralized automated sheet assembly with distribution to the picking centres.

The recycling of ink cartridges is highly competitive and all potential savings must be studied to stay in the race. Our customer had just broken into the American market and had to review its operating procedures.

The experts at KRUPACK® brainstormed some ideas. They suggested a completely new way of doing things that would reduce movement to a minimum. They reviewed the workstations to reduce bottlenecks and to improve efficiency, quality, and ergonomics, from the receipt of raw materials, through packing the orders, right up to shipping. Significant savings in transport and warehousing resulted in reduced costs and helped them remain competitive. Ask us. We can help you achieve great things.

A customer in the cosmetics industry ships most of its products by mail, so we focused our efforts on reducing packaging costs. With our cost reduction culture, we are well aware of the importance of shipping costs. The incidence of postage rate increases therefore obliges us to watch for formats that could be less expensive, even if only on a seasonal basis.

Coffin manufacturing is one field in particular that faces enormous competition continent-wide, and requires constantly evolving technology. We have studied various solutions for this important customer with a view to replacing the wooden components with corrugated. Listening to the customer and using the best technology available, that's what distinguishes KRUPACK® from its competitors.
